Adolf Hitler's would-be assassin

What if Georg Elser's bombing of the Bürgerbräukeller was successful?

Point of Divergence

Rather than cut his speech short to return home to Berlin and instead reminisce about the Beer Hall Putsch, Adolf Hitler decides to keep his commemorative speech at two hours. At 9:20 PM, a bomb set by Georg Elser detonates inside a pillar, killing Hitler, Joseph Goebbels, Heinrich Himmler, Rudolf Hess, and other high ranking officials.
